Dental Receptionist You will be responsible for greeting patients, answering and returning phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. A Dental Receptionist must be friendly, professional, and enthusiastic! If you have a passion for healthcare and are willing to work hard, then we want to hear from you! What you will do: Greets patients and visitors; directs them to the appropriate personnel and or department. Checks patient/visitor in; assists with registration process. Schedules patient appointments; confirms appointments. Collects patient payments; enters payments into patient’s accounts. Escalates customer complaints to appropriate personnel or contact the proper person as needed. Maintains accurate patient records by collecting and recording data. Prepare and present treatment plans. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: 3+ years experience as dental receptionist. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. MUST have Dentrix experience. Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well with others.
