Manage appointment scheduling using dental practice management software Eaglesoft Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification processes with precision. Collect payments Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while scheduling appointments and addressing patient inquiries. Assist with intake procedures, including updating patient information and verifying insurance details during check-in. Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining front desk operations to ensure a seamless patient experience. Dental Receptionist in a clinical or dental office setting is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities.
