Overview Back Office Dental Assistant We are looking for a reliable and experienced Back Office Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working side by side with the dentist and providing excellent clinical support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include: Assisting the dentist during procedures Preparing and setting up treatment rooms Breaking down and cleaning rooms after procedures Performing proper sterilization and infection control Maintaining a clean and organized back office Supporting patient care before, during, and after treatment Qualifications: Previous experience assisting in a dental office (preferred) Ability to work efficiently alongside the dentist Knowledge of sterilization and chairside assisting protocols Strong attention to detail and organization Orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required We are willing to train the right candidate , but prior dental assisting experience is strongly preferred.
