What You’ll Do Support doctors with surgical and restorative procedures (crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, implants, grafts, crown lengthening—you name it) Welcome patients to the practice and keep them smiling Anticipate next steps (you know what the doctor needs before they even ask) Maintain impeccable setups and efficient sterilization flow Use digital tools (X-rays, CTs, Google Drive, messaging platforms) for documentation and communication Lead or assist in smile interviews and handoffs that help patients feel seen, heard, and cared for Be part of our daily huddles , weekly feedback loops, and fun, motivated culture Who You Are We’re not looking for a warm body.
