Who We’re Looking For You’re someone who: Shows up on time and takes pride in your work Works well with others and communicates clearly Wants to improve clinically and learn new skills Keeps a positive attitude Schedule (Alternating Weeks) Week 1 Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Week 2 Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM What You’ll Do Assist the doctor during procedures (restorative, extractions, etc.) Take quality X-rays Perform coronal polishing Set up and break down rooms efficiently Maintain sterilization and infection control Help keep the schedule flowing smoothly and patients comfortable Requirements Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – required Bilingual (Spanish & English) – required Experience with X-rays and coronal polishing Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Nice to Have (We Can Train) Sealants Temporaries Intraoral scanning Removable prosth experience Compensation Pay based on experience Why Join Us?
