Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday (4 DAY WORK SCHEDULE) Benefits and Perks Office bonus structure tied to performance and goals Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Core Expectations Consistently maintain on-time patient flow and assist in keeping providers on schedule Be fully prepared for all procedures with minimal direction Demonstrate ownership of your role, including operatory readiness, instruments, and patient experience Adapt quickly to schedule changes and step in where needed without hesitation Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude, even during high-volume or high-stress situations Communicate clearly and professionally with providers, team members, and patients Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities Chairside assisting for general procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and endodontics Efficient operatory turnover while maintaining strict infection control standards Take high-quality, diagnostic radiographs consistently Assist in managing daily flow between hygiene and doctor columns Ensure rooms are fully stocked, organized, and ready at all times Support same-day treatment by being proactive and prepared Provide clear patient education and post-op instructions Accurately complete clinical notes as directed by the provider Assist with impressions, temporaries, and digital scanning as needed Accountability Standards Attendance & Punctuality: Consistently on time and ready to start the day without delays Efficiency: Able to manage time effectively and support a productive schedule Team Support: Willing to help across all areas of the office without being asked Adaptability: Open to feedback and able to implement changes quickly Professionalism: Maintains composure and a positive attitude in all situations Initiative: Identifies needs and acts without waiting for direction Qualifications Required: Active RDA License 1+ years of prior hands-on dental assisting experience is highly preferred Bilingual in Spanish is preferred X-ray certification CPR/BLS certification Strong understanding of infection control protocols Preferred: Experience with Eaglesoft Familiarity with digital scanners (iTero or similar) Experience in a fast-paced, multi-provider office INDHRDA03
