Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic RDA Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team! Fresh graduates are warmly welcomed to apply. In this role, you will support dentists in delivering exceptional patient care by providing efficient chairside assistance, managing dental procedures, and ensuring a clean and organized clinical environment. Responsibilities Assist dentists during various dental procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, materials, and supplies while maintaining strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques Take and develop dental radiographs (X-ray), including digital imaging and 3D scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort Manage patient records accurately using EMR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix, including updating medical histories and documenting treatment details in compliance with HIPAA regulations Perform vital signs assessment and monitor patient comfort throughout procedures Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing medical documentation, and assisting the dental receptionist as needed Maintain a sterile environment by adhering to infection control standards and proper sterilization procedures Experience Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred but not required; fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply Familiarity with dental terminology, medical terminology, and medical coding practices is advantageous Knowledge of dental assisting techniques including chairside assisting, medical imaging, and anatomy is highly desirable Experience working with EMR systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix will be beneficial Strong understanding of infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures in a clinical environment Ability to work effectively in pediatric dentistry settings is a plus Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with patients of all ages Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-quality dental care!
