Dental Assistant - Carolina Regional Dental - Florence, SC

Immediate opportunity for a Dental Assistant to join our team and provide support to our dentists and hygienists. An ideal candidate would have prior experience in the dental field, be comfortable working directly with patients, and have excellent communication skills. New assisting program graduates welcome to apply. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting with patient care, sterilizing instruments, preparing treatment rooms, and providing clinical support. The successful candidate will be a team player who is organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient care. Responsibilities: Assist dentist during procedures. Sterilize dental instruments and and prepare treatment areas. Take and record patient medical histories. Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care. Assist in maintaining patient records and documenting exam notes. Schedule appointments and help manage patient flow. Maintain a clean and organized clinical work area.
