Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Mill Creek, WA

Privately owned practice We are seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our well-organized and technology-driven dental practice in Mill Creek. We are replacing a valued team member who is relocating out of state and are excited to welcome the right person into our close-knit team. Our office focuses on high-quality comprehensive dentistry in a patient-centered environment. We utilize modern technology including digital scanning, in-house crown fabrication, 3D printing for appliances, and implant dentistry. We perform a wide range of advanced procedures and utilize modern digital workflows, and we are happy to train a motivated assistant in these systems and techniques. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and enjoys being part of a team that values doing dentistry the right way. Responsibilities Provide chairside support during restorative, crown, implant, and surgical procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain organized clinical setups Take dental radiographs and assist with digital imaging and scanning Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols Assist using four-handed dentistry techniques Help ensure patients remain comfortable and informed during treatment Maintain accurate clinical documentation Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years dental assisting experience preferred Strong clinical fundamentals and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional Friendly and confident communicating with patients Experience with digital dentistry or surgical procedures is a plus Willingness to learn and grow within an advanced clinical environment Compensation & Benefits $25â$35 per hour depending on experience Paid holidays Vacation time IRA retirement contribution Health insurance contribution Supportive and professional team environment Our priority is finding someone who is a great fit with our team and truly cares about patients.
