Our committed hygienist of more than 22 years is sadly reducing her schedule and to ensure our patients oral health doesn't skip a beat, we're diligently seeking a new team member to take over one day each week. Who You Are: You’re a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist who loves what you do, connects easily with patients, and takes pride in delivering top-tier care. Bonus points if you enjoy working in a specialty setting and have experience with implants and periodontal maintenance! What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers): Deliver thorough, high-quality cleanings and keep a keen eye out for anything that needs the doctor’s attention Educate and empower patients to take charge of their oral health Perform periodontal charting at every visit Support implant maintenance and periodontal care Encourage patients to stay on track with recommended treatment Provide laser therapy (or be excited to learn!) Keep your space clean, organized, and compliant with infection control standards Sterilize instruments like a pro Help keep schedules full by reappointing and following up with patients Work closely with an awesome team to create the best possible patient experience What You Bring to the Table: Active Dental Hygienist license (California) Strong communication skills—you’re great with people!
