Responsibilities Perform dental prophylaxis, including scaling and root planing. Conduct thorough patient assessments. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Take X-rays and Intra oral photographs. Maintain accurate and detailed dental records. Follow infection control procedures using aseptic techniques to ensure a sterile environment. Collaborate with dentist to identify potential treatment needs. Manage patient flow efficiently, staying on time, while ensuring a positive experience for patients. Laser Curettage. Sealants Experience Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Dentrix and Dexis Laser Certification and experience desired, not mandatory. Sealant Certificate. Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages while demonstrating professionalism and compassion.
