Associate Dentist – Partnership Track / Buy-In Opportunity Dentex Dental is a boutique multi-specialty private practice in Culver City seeking an experienced Associate Dentist interested in a true long-term opportunity with a clear path toward partnership and potential buy-in. We are not looking for someone who simply wants an associate position. We are looking for a doctor who wants to grow with the practice, think like an owner, and play a meaningful role in building its future. Candidates should have at least 3 years of clinical experience, a commitment to high-quality dentistry, and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal doctor is motivated, collaborative, patient-focused, and brings the judgment, maturity, and initiative of a future partner. Availability for at least one Saturday per month is required.
