About the Opportunity We are a fee-for-service private dental practice in Torrance seeking a long-term Associate General Dentist who is committed to delivering exceptional, relationship-based care . This is not a high-volume or production-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative treatment, crown and bridge, extractions, implants, all-on-x, removables Diagnose and present thoughtful, patient-centered treatment plans with a focus on long-term oral health Take the time to educate patients and build lasting relationships based on trust and transparency Deliver high-quality clinical care with attention to detail and patient comfort Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to ensure a seamless and personalized patient experience Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation using Dentrix Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety Qualifications Active California dental license in good standing Experience with Dentrix is preferred Strong clinical judgment with a comprehensive, patient-first approach to care Excellent communication skills and a warm, personable chairside manner Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a non-rushed, high-quality standard of care A long-term mindset with interest in growing within the practice What We Offer A fee-for-service environment focused on quality dentistry, not high patient volume A supportive, experienced team that values collaboration and excellence The opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients A stable, long-term position in a well-established practice Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $1,500.00 - $5,000.00 per day Expected hours: 8.0 â 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
