About Us Meadowbrook Family Dental is a established and privately-owned general dentistry practice in Elk Grove, CA. We offer a broad scope of general and restorative services and serve a diverse, loyal patient base of 40–45 new patients per month. We're seeking an experienced, patient-centered associate dentist to cover a maternity leave on a part-time basis — Mondays and Tuesdays only. This is a great fit for a dentist looking for consistent part-time work in a supportive, well-run practice with a strong clinical team already in place. Duties Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorations with precision and care. Provide specialized treatments such as root canal therapy, crown & bridge, endodontics (at least anteriors and premolars), and oral surgery as needed. Assess patient needs through thorough examinations and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and detailed medical and dental records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies. Utilize Open Dental software for scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed using aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures. Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize patient comfort and procedure efficiency. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active California dental license in good standing Minimum 2 years of clinical experience Strong general and restorative skills Excellent chairside manner and communication skills Ability to work independently while integrating seamlessly with an established team Our Technology We've invested in a fully digital workflow so our doctors can focus on delivering great care — not chasing paperwork.
