Compensation Guaranteed base: $800/day or 25% of production (whichever is higher) Strong earning potential with a steady patient flow Practice Overview 5-operatory, fully digital office Cloud-based system with 24/7 access to schedules, x-rays, and clinical notes Equipped with: CBCT (CT scanner) Digital scanner Intraoral cameras in every operatory Emphasis on digital workflows for restorative dentistry (crowns, inlays, implant crowns), with flexibility to use traditional impressions if preferred Clinical Philosophy Doctors are encouraged to diagnose and complete their own treatment Wide scope of procedures available, including: Restorative Extractions Root canal therapy (RCT) Periodontal treatment Support available: Visiting specialist for RCT (monthly) Dedicated provider for extractions, including third molars (monthly) Opportunity for mentorship and training in digital dentistry What Weâre Looking For A dentist who is confident, collaborative, and eager to grow Willingness to provide comprehensive care Weâd love to connect and answer any questions you may have!
