Duties Assist with chairside procedures cosmetic, restorative, Invisalign, extractions, whitening, Botox, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal patient comfort Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, materials, and sterilization protocols following strict infection control standards. Savvy with dental equipment such as 3D scanners, X-ray machines, and CEREC/ Prime Mill. Manage electronic medical records (EMR systems) like Dentrix, or Oryx to accurately document patient information, treatment plans, lab slips, and medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Take patient vital signs and monitor patient health status before procedures; ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experience. Support administrative duties including dental reception tasks, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage ( when available), reviewing pt procedures & health history. Collaborate & Communicate seamlessly with doctor + team. Qualifications 3-5 yrs experience as a dental assistant within a boutique or cosmetic dental practice setting (cosmetic exp is a strong plus ) Experience with digital dentistry ( CEREC/Prime Mill, scanners, photography, CBCT + Invisalign.
