We are seeking the lead clinical assistant role in an orthodontic clinic. You work with great patients with one doctor. The position is Monday to Thursday Duties Clinical leadership Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow and on-time appointments Assist the orthodontic with advanced procedures (bonding, debanding, wire changes, adjustments) Ensure all clinical procedures follow proper protocols and safety standards Patient care & Experience Deliver excellent chairside assistance and patient communication Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment expectations Scheduling and Workflow Coordination Coordinate with front office to optimize scheduling and minimize downtown Anticipate procider needs and ensure rooms are prepared in advanced Help manage emergencies and same-day adjustments collaborate with doctor on improving office efficieny and patient satisfaction Compliance and Safety Enforce OSHA and infection control standards Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Ensure proper radiographs Requirements. Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with specialized training in orthodontics or required. We need someone who can hit the ground running!
