We are a busy and well-established dental office looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Front Desk team member to join our practice. This position plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and providing a positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities includes Answering phones and scheduling appointments Greeting patients and assisting with check-in and check-out Collecting payments and managing patient balances Verifying insurance and basic insurance coordination Communicating with patients by phone, text, and email Keeping front desk operations organized and efficient What We’re Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented attitude Reliability and accountability are very important Dental office or front desk experience preferred(we are willing to train the right person) Position Details Part-time or Full-time (to be discussed) Competitive pay based on experience Interview will be scheduled outside of office hours If you take pride in your work, are dependable, and enjoy working in a professional healthcare environment, we would love to hear from you.
