We are not a high-volume clinic. We operate with structure, clear expectations, and attention to detail. Role Overview We are seeking a Dental Assistant / Office Support Team Member whose role is split between: Chairside dental assisting Maintaining a clean, organized, “spa-like” environment Supporting daily office readiness This is a hands-on role where reliability, cleanliness, and consistency matter. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Support Chairside assisting during procedures Prepare and reset operatories Take radiographs (if certified) Maintain infection control standards Sterilization and instrument tracking Office Cleanliness (Core Responsibility) Break down and clean operatories between patients Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors Clean and restock bathrooms Take out trash and maintain overall cleanliness Keep the office consistently organized and patient-ready Daily Readiness Follow opening and closing checklists Restock supplies and maintain inventory awareness Ensure rooms and equipment are ready at all times What We’re Looking For Highly reliable and punctual Takes pride in cleanliness and organization Able to follow clear systems and checklists Calm, professional with patients Comfortable in a small team where accountability matters Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred Florida EFDA or CDA preferred (not required) Radiography certification (or willingness to obtain) CPR/BLS (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation Why This Role Is Different Predictable, fixed schedule Calm, structured environment (not chaotic or high-volume) Clear expectations — no ambiguity Small team where your work actually matters Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
