Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Mesa, AZ

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Dental Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their dental career or looking to expand their skills. While prior experience is helpful, we are willing to train the right candidate. Coronal polishing experience is a plus, but not required. Schedule (days/hours): Mon-Fri 7am-4pm Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted Support coronal polishing procedures -Preferred Help ensure patient comfort and a positive experience Provide basic patient education and post-operative instructions Maintain accurate patient records Follow OSHA and infection control protocols Qualifications: XRAY Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Compensation: $20-25/hr About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (âPTOâ), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
