SKILLS Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Conduct oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and risk assessments Take and review digital radiographs Administer local anesthesia (if certified) Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies Assist in developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the doctor Document patient findings and treatment notes accurately in Open Dental Maintain infection control protocols and sterilization standards Support a smooth and efficient clinical workflow Build trust with patients by delivering compassionate, high-quality care REQUIREMENTS Active Florida RDH license (anesthesia certificate a plus) Experience with Open Dental software Strong communication and interpersonal skill A team-player mentality with a passion for dental health education and preventive care Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
