Role Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and people-oriented Dental Assistant Intern and Registered Dental Assistants to join our dynamic team. This position can be adjusted to be part- or full-time. It will involve providing administrative support, managing office equipment, and assisting with daily operations to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining a positive, welcoming environment for our patients and team members. As a key part of the BHO family, the dental assistant intern or registered dental assistant will maintain professional etiquette, excellent communication, and organizational skills while collaborating with other team members to deliver outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities: Greeting patients and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor Answering phone calls and handling appointment scheduling Managing office supplies, equipment, and administrative tasks Ensuring that patient records are up-to-date and organized Assisting with billing and insurance documentation Coordinating with the clinical team to keep patient flow efficient and on schedule Promoting a positive, upbeat atmosphere within the office Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment High energy, positive attitude, and a growth-oriented mindset Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and ChatGPT Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Previous experience in a service-based role is a plus Benefits: Health & Dental Insurance 401K plan Free orthodontic treatment at BHO Team-building events and outings to foster a fun and cohesive team dynamic.
