Position Overview We are seeking motivated, dependable team members to join our office as Front Desk / Sterile Technicians . This is a cross-trained role where team members will assist either at the front desk or in the clinical sterilization area as needed. Schedule We offer longer shifts over fewer days (3.5 days per week): Full-Time Positions (2 available): Shift Option 1: Wednesday – Saturday Shift Option 2: Saturday – Tuesday GREAT WORK LIFE BALANCE 3.5 Days OFF Part-Time Positions (2 available): Saturday & Sunday only Responsibilities Front Desk Duties: Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy Answer phones and schedule emergency appointments Verify insurance and collect payments Manage patient flow and maintain accurate records Sterile Technician Duties: Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments Maintain infection control standards and protocols Assist clinical team with operatory turnover Ensure sterilization area is clean and fully stocked Qualifications Previous dental or medical office experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a team player Willingness to be cross-trained and flexible in daily duties What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Consistent full-time schedule with extended days and more days off Supportive team environment Opportunity to learn and grow within the dental field Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Application Question(s): Which shift would you be able to work?
