Create and present treatment plans with clarity and transparency. Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and oral health. Deliver high-quality general dentistry (restorative, preventative, basic oral surgery). Build long-term relationships with patients through trust and communication. Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation. Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active California dental license Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and patient education skills Commitment to ethical, patient-first care Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Malpractice insurance Preferred (Not Required) Proficiency in Dentrix for charting and record keeping Experience with Invisalign or Clear Aligner therapy Spanish-speaking is a plus Work Schedule Flexible (Part-time or Full-time available) Weekdays 9am-5pm Why Join Us?
