Dental Checkout Coordinator (Front Office) â Busy Private Practice We are a high-volume, private dental practice seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Dental Checkout Coordinator to join our team. This is a critical role within our office , and the right candidate will be highly organized, confident, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position is the final touchpoint of the patient experience and plays a major role in the financial health and daily flow of the practice. Key Responsibilities: Accurately checking patients out and collecting all monies due (insurance, co-payments, balances, and financing) Scheduling next appointments and ensuring patients are properly set up for future treatment Creating and reviewing treatment plans that are due for each patient each day Managing and overseeing the daily schedule to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and preparedness Coordinating patient follow-ups , including emails, calls, and outstanding treatment Ensuring all checkout details are correct, complete, and documented properly Working closely with clinical and administrative teams to keep the day running smoothly Maintaining clear communication with patients regarding treatment, financial responsibility, and next steps Qualifications & Requirements: Previous dental front office experience required Strong knowledge of EagleSoft is required Extremely detail-oriented , organized, and reliable Confident handling financial discussions and collections Ability to manage a busy schedule and multiple priorities Professional, calm, and patient-focused demeanor Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight Important Notes: This is not an entry-level position . While we will train you on our specific systems and workflows , we do not have the capacity for full, hands-on training from the ground up . The ideal candidate will already have a strong foundation in dental front office operations and be ready to step into an essential role.
