Dental / Clinical Assistant â Part-Time (Fridays, MultiâSite) Compensation: $26/hour + mileage reimbursement Schedule: 1â2 Fridays per month Locations Covered: West Springfield, MA Brockton, MA Riverside, RI Woonsocket, RI About the Opportunity Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental / Clinical Assistant to support providers in communityâbased outpatient clinics serving senior populations. This is a partâtime, lowâvolume, predictable schedule role ideal for someone seeking meaningful work 1â2 days per month while supporting highâquality patient care. Although the primary focus will be dental assisting , the position includes crossâtraining in additional specialties such as optometry, audiology, and podiatry to support a fully integrated care model. The Setting This role operates within a structured, outpatient clinic modelânot a fastâpaced hospital or urgent care environment. You can expect: Organized provider schedules Teamâbased care with onâsite clinic support Predictable workflow A missionâdriven focus on senior patient care What You'll Do Primary Responsibilities: Assist providers during dental procedures Prepare instruments and maintain sterilization workflow Set up exam rooms and clinical equipment Support patient intake and basic documentation Ensure infection control standards are upheld Manage patient flow during clinic day CrossâTraining Areas: You will receive training and provide support in: Optometry (vision screenings, equipment prep) Audiology (hearing screenings, equipment setup) Podiatry (basic setup, patient logistics) This crossâtraining expands your skill set and supports a fully integrated clinic experience.
