Dental discounts Paid holidays Responsibilities: Before seating the patients - Our Dental Assistants sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, prepare the instruments and materials required to treat each patient, and obtain patient's dental records. During dental procedures, assistants provide aid by working alongside the dentist. They hand instruments and materials to the provider and keep patients’ mouths dry and clear by using suction or other devices. Prepare materials for impressions and restorations, take and process digital dental x-rays convey and confirm treatment plans with all patients. The most important part of the job in our dental office is to have a smile on your face :) After the procedures the key component of a Dental Assistant’s job is to instruct patients on postoperative and general oral healthcare.
