Compensation: Range from $30 to $40 an hour in total compensation, based off of experience

We are a small, privately owned family dental practice nestled away in a wonderful neighborhood of beautiful Palos Verdes Estates. Our office has been steadily growing and we are excited to add a third full time dental assistant to our team.
We are a fee-for-service office and pride ourselves on the quality time we are able to spend with our patients to ensure they receive a great experience. Compensation for our employees is well above average for the LA/South Bay area and also includes healthcare, PTO, and staff bonuses.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is teachable and a team player. Good team and work culture is everything to us. We can teach you the technical side of dentistry! It's a lot harder to teach someone to be a team player.
On the technical side, ideally the candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the dental field and experience with intraoral scanning for Invisalign and restorative. Any experience with the same day crown workflow, especially using the CEREC system, is a big plus. Familiarity with Dentrix is also a huge plus!
