We are a private, fee-for-service, holistic biological dental practice seeking a career-minded, heart-centered Dental Assistant who is personally stable, health-conscious, and truly aligned with whole-body wellness. If you live a clean, organic lifestyle and are passionate about biological dentistry that honors the oral-systemic connection, we want to meet you.
This is not a traditional “chairside” role. You will work in a multi-specialty, advanced-technology environment alongside our exceptional doctors (including Dr. Jim Wright), two hygienists, and a close-knit team that operates like family. You will assist with implant placements, periodontal surgeries, zirconia and ceramic implant-supported restorations, mercury-safe protocols, minimalist conservative preparations, laser dentistry, airway/TMJ/sleep apnea integration, and more. Phlebotomy skills are a big plus!
We pay our team member drawing and processing blood an extra bonus, for every blood draw used in our regenerative protocols.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience with a proven track record in clinical excellence
- Proficiency in Dentrix and DEXIS (non-negotiable)
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and master new programs
- Thorough knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a warm, positive, caring demeanor
- Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to assist in all areas of the practice when needed
- Ability to travel occasionally for out-of-state training
- A genuine passion for holistic/biological dentistry and how it relates to whole-body health
Schedule
- Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Thursdays: Reserved for large treatment-plan cases (5–6 hours) – not every Thursday
- Late appointments typically on Tuesdays... These surgery appointments, approximately 4 times per month.
