Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements
- Ensure efficient workflow and task completion within designated timelines
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations
- Must be knowlwdeable in dental softwears, insurace billing and collection, dental codes and procedures.
- Duties include but not limited to answering incoming calls, scheduling patients and financial arrangments.
- Must be friendly, pleasent and team player with a good verbal communications skills.
