Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements
• Ensure efficient workflow and task completion within designated timelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations
• Must be knowlwdeable in dental softwears, insurace billing and collection, dental codes and procedures. 
• Duties include but not limited to answering incoming calls, scheduling patients and financial arrangments.
• Must be friendly, pleasent and team player with a good verbal communications skills.
