Managing Associate General Dentist

Position Type: Full-Time or Part -Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday with some Saturdays
Compensation: Competitive base pay plus production incentives

Position Overview:
We are looking for a confident and clinically strong Managing Associate General Dentist to help lead our practice while providing exceptional patient care. This role is perfect for a dentist who wants increased responsibility, enjoys mentoring others, and is interested in long-term professional growth within a multi-provider environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with a focus on quality and patient experience
• Serve as a clinical leader and point of support for associate dentists and clinical staff
• Work closely with management to maintain efficient schedules and workflows
• Guide treatment planning and help improve case acceptance
• Uphold clinical standards, compliance, and best practices
• Participate in training, coaching, and development of the dental team
• Contribute to practice growth, patient retention, and team morale

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active dental license in good standing
• 3–5 years of general dentistry experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills
• Patient-focused mindset with high ethical standards
