Dental office hiring skilled Dental Assistant in Chandler, AZ

Chandler Family Dentistry is looking for a part-time Dental Assistant who is willing to provide a quality patient care service in a warm, comforting and welcoming environment. We are located in Downtown Chandler, we have been providing personalized, highest level of quality dental care since 1991. We are a private general dental office providing a full range of dental services, from dental implant to sleep apnea.

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a dental assistant.

Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

• Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure comfort throughout treatment
• Handle, organize, and sterilize dental instruments
• Assist dentists during procedures by anticipating needs and managing tools
• Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care
• Manage inventory of dental supplies and materials
• Support radiography tasks including digital imaging
• Implement and maintain infection control

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in dental assisting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dental assistant license, Radiology certification
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required
• Expertise in dental radiography and sterilization techniques
• Strong patient communication skills
• Familiarity with infection control practices
• Experience with dental practice management software and digital imaging tools
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• High attention to detail
