Join our Escondido, CA dental practice as a Treatment coordinator!

Citracado Dental Group is a family-owned group dental practice, focusing on 5-star patients experiences and high quality dental care with a friendly and supportive team! We provide a wide range of general dentistry services under one roof, and we are a high-tech office with same-day crowns and multi-specialty care.

We are looking for an additional treatment coordinator to join the multi-doctor team in our Escondido group practice. We are primarily looking for an team member who can work some or all Saturdays (8am-1pm) with 3-4 additional days during the week. On weeks with Saturday shifts, there are typically 1-2 days off during the week.

Applicants skills, experience, and attributes:

• Dental experience: Must
• Treatment coordinator experience required
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus!
• Must be able to work Saturdays (8-1)
• Self-motivation & good follow-through with tasks (not requiring supervision)
• Great customer Service is paramount, as you will be the welcoming face and a main point of contact for new patients throughout their dental journey and completion of treatment
• Quality phone skills and inter-personal communication (answering calls and addressing patient concerns)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Observe/assist during patient exams and create treatment plans in the computer
• Present treatment plans and discuss options with patients
• Check patients out, take payments, and make appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate them with patients
• Running reports, following up with patients after their visit, and calling inactive patients to help schedule their next visits
