Dental Assistant – Full Time Twin City Smiles Family Dentistry – Centralia, WA Required: Active DA License + BLS Certification Schedule Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2 Fridays per month: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM About the Role We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment. This role is essential to delivering efficient, comfortable, and exceptional patient care. You’ll work chairside with providers, support clinical flow, and ensure every patient visit runs smoothly from start to finish. What You’ll Do Assist the doctor during a wide range of procedures (restorative, crown prep, extractions, etc.) Take digital X-rays (FMX, bitewings) and intraoral photos Prepare and break down operatories efficiently between patients Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Support patient comfort and education during visits Assist with impressions, temporaries, and basic lab tasks Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate and complete Help maintain smooth daily flow and on-time scheduling What We’re Looking For Active Dental Assistant License and BLS Certification (required) Experience in a fast-paced dental environment preferred Strong clinical skills including FMX, crown prep support, and general assisting duties Ability to work independently and stay efficient throughout the day Detail-oriented with strong infection control standards Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team What We Offer Competitive, experience-based compensation Paid holidays + PTO Health insurance coverage 401(k) with employer match (up to 3%) Employee dental benefits Performance-based bonus opportunities Monthly team lunches A supportive, high-performing team environment with room to grow Our Goal We focus on delivering efficient, high-quality care while creating a positive experience for every patient.
