At least 1 year of previous Orthodontic Assisting experience (2+ is preferred) Consistent availability /flexible schedule; Consistent dependability Excellent time management A fast learner ** A team player ** Malleability Strong attention-to-detail A friendly, positive demeanor with patients, parents and office team members Skilled in all clinical aspects of orthodontic treatment (taking panos, cephs, photos, placing and removing wires & ligatures, fitting bands, impressions, cementing appliances, Invisalign, bonding and debonds, sterilization, Essix retainer fabrication, oral hygiene instructions, elastics instructions, excellent verbal and written communication with patients, parents, and team members).
