Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Smiles Of GIlbert - Gilbert, AZ

We are looking for a dental assistant (DA) or a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team at Smiles of Gilbert Dentistry. We are a fully digital and modern office with CEREC and same day crowns done. An ideal candidate will be well-organized with great attention to detail, sincere, warm and friendly, self-motivated and caring towards patients. Prefer to have some experience of 6 months at least. We are a 2-doctor and 3-hygienist run practice. We use dentrix and would prefer some experience and familiarity with the software as well! Responsibilities: Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort. Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed.. Performing lab task, such as polishing and glazing CEREC same-day crowns, digital impression scanning, basic oral surgery skills, and anterior & premolar Endo. Sterilize instruments. Sometimes assist hygienist with periodontal charting and resetting rooms Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions. Keeping treatment rooms clean and well-stocked. Skills: Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods. Understanding of health & safety regulations. Proficient at taking radiographs. Excellent communication and people skills. Attention to detail, well-organized and reliable. X-ray certification required. Benefits: PTO, holiday pay, 401k with matching, monthly bonus program (typically ranging from $200-$500 per month). Compensation: $20-$25/hour depending on experience Schedule: M, W, TH 8-4:30. Tuesday 11-7pm. Friday 8-1pm (closed every other Friday for 3-day weekend).
