Benefits: Short Term/Long Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) matching Competitive salary Paid time off Dental Assistant Job Duties Seating patients, asking patients medical history, and taking blood pressure to get them ready for the doctor Organizing and preparing exam rooms, lab, and work areas, including cleaning, stocking supplies Clean and sterilize instruments utilizing autoclave, assemble instruments, supplies, and equipment for specific procedures Take impressions of patientâs teeth, pouring and trimming stone models Performing laboratory duties such as blocking models, pressing, cutting, and trimming oral appliances Delivering, building, and adjusting patientâs oral appliances Provide patients information on how to use and care for their oral appliances Taking Cone Beam CT scans, constructing and sending images to doctors for reading and reporting Obtain consent forms for injections. Help prepare injections per doctorâs request Assist in setting up and breaking down the lab and cleaning all clinical rooms
