Dental Hygienist - Friday (7:00 am to 3:00 pm) Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. You’ll focus on preventive care with prophy and perio maintenance patients mostly, ensuring your priority remains building trust and truly caring for our patients. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance for patients. Conduct periodontal assessments and apply preventive treatments when appropriate. Educate patients on oral health, home care techniques, and the importance of regular dental visits. Accurately document patient records, medical history, and treatment recommendations. Collaborate with dentists and team members to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Maintain and sterilize instruments and equipment to ensure a safe clinical environment. Stay current on new hygiene techniques, products, and technologies. Qualifications Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. Familiarity with Dentrix software preferred. Strong communication skills for engaging with patients and teammates. Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple patients efficiently with assistant support.
