We are a growing pediatric dental and orthodontic practice in Pasco, Washington seeking a compassionate and skilled Orthodontist to join our team 6 days/month. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, kid-focused environment where you can build long-term relationships with patients and families. What You’ll Do: ● Diagnose and treat orthodontic conditions in children, adolescents, and select adult cases ● Develop individualized treatment plans (braces, clear aligners, interceptive/early treatment) ● Work closely with pediatric dentists to support comprehensive, early orthodontic care ● Create a positive, comfortable experience for young patients and their families Qualifications: ● DDS/DMD from an accredited program ● Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency ● Active Washington license (or eligibility) ● Experience or strong interest in pediatric-focused orthodontics ● Friendly, patient, and team-oriented approach What We Offer: ● $1200-$1800/day commensurate with experience and performance ● Malpractice Insurance ● Modern, fully equipped practice with a steady patient flow ● Established pediatric dental patient base next door with strong orthodontic growth and consistent referral network ● Supportive, upbeat team that genuinely enjoys working together ● Opportunity for growth with the right incentive and teamwork Why Join Us?
