Join our dynamic dental team as a versatile and experienced General Dentist. Additionally looking for a periodontist and an endodontist. This exciting role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive dental care, combining general dentistry skills with advanced periodontal and root canal therapy. You will play a vital role in improving patient oral health through precise diagnosis, effective treatment planning, and compassionate patient care. Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver high-quality general dental services such as examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions while adhering to infection control protocols. Conduct periodontal treatments including scaling, root planing, and other gum disease therapies to promote healthy gums. Execute endodontic procedures like root canal therapy with precision and attention to detail, ensuring optimal outcomes. Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office policies. Utilize dental imaging technology and dental terminology effectively for diagnosis and treatment planning. Valid state license to practice dentistry with specialization in periodontics and endodontics preferred but not required. Proven experience in general dentistry along with advanced skills in periodontal therapy and root canal procedures. Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and billing purposes. Strong knowledge of oral surgery techniques, dental fabrication, infection control practices, and aseptic technique. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles is a plus for treating younger patients effectively. Excellent patient care skills combined with the ability to assess medical conditions using medical terminology and anatomy knowledge. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient safety and comfort.
