Orthodontic Clinical Assistant (Experienced) OZ Orthodontics | Fayetteville, AR We are a fast-growing orthodontic practice, approaching our 1-year anniversary, and weâre excited to welcome an experienced Clinical Assistant to our team! What Weâre Looking For: Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience required Prior experience in an orthodontic setting preferred Strong familiarity with dental terminology Excellent chair-side manner with a strong focus on patient experience Knowledgeable and trained in OSHA and infection control protocols Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment A positive, team-oriented mindset A proactive, solution-oriented approach Someone who enjoys helping maintain and improve systems to support a smooth, efficient clinical flow Key Responsibilities: Chair-side assisting during orthodontic procedures Taking records (photos, scans, x-rays, impressions as needed) Capturing clear and complete notes in patient charts Lab ordering and appliance tracking to ensure we are prepared for each patient scheduled Preparing and breaking down operatories while maintaining OSHA/infection control standards Supporting an efficient, positive clinical flow and patient experience Assisting in maintaining and improving clinical systems and organization Team Culture & Growth: We are looking for versatile team players who are ready to jump in wherever needed.
