Duties Assist endodontists during various procedures with precision and confidence Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly Take and develop dental X-rays and 3D scans while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Manage patient flow by greeting patients, and updating medical records Operate electronic health record (EHR) systems such as PBS for accurate documentation of medical history, dental terminology, and treatment plans Maintain infection control protocols and ensure the clinic meets all OSHA standards for safety and cleanliness Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic environment with familiarity in dental assisting duties Knowledge of EMR systems like Epic or Dentrix to efficiently manage medical records and documentation Hands-on experience with X-ray procedures, chairside assisting, and four-handed dentistry techniques Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques Ability to operate dental imaging equipment including 3D scanners and medical imaging devices Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members including dental receptionists and hygienists Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to improving smiles while advancing your career in a supportive environment that values your skills!
