What Makes This Role Different You choose your schedule: 2, 3, or 4 days per week Consistent hours (8–5, no late evenings) Supportive culture and team members Loyal patient base who value their hygienists Focus on quality care over high-pressure quotas Clean, organized, well-established practice What You’ll Be Doing Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient Perform high-quality cleanings (scaling, polishing, preventive care) Take digital X-rays and assist in diagnosing oral health conditions Assess periodontal health and support treatment planning Educate patients in a way that’s encouraging, not overwhelming Maintain accurate, efficient clinical documentation Work closely with a team that genuinely supports one another What We’re Looking For Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Arkansas Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program Comfortable with radiographs and dental software Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Someone who values patient relationships as much as clinical excellence Location Requirement Must be able to reliably commute to Bentonville, AR 72712 A Final Note We know great hygienists have options, so we’ve built a workplace worth choosing.
