As a Dental Assistant, you thrive in both a team environment and independently. You are able to work in a fast-paced setting, stay organized while multitasking, and take initiative throughout the day. As a key member of our clinical team, you help create a smooth, efficient, and comfortable experience for every patient while supporting the doctor in delivering high-quality care. Expectations and duties of this position include but are not limited to: Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Sterilize and maintain instruments according to protocols Take dental radiographs (X-rays) Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Accurately chart procedures and update patient records Maintain inventory and stock of clinical supplies Follow all OSHA and infection control guidelines Communicate clearly with doctors and team members You would possess the following skills and qualifications: Excellent communication and patient care skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a proactive attitude Dental assisting experience preferred X-ray certification Coronal polish certification is a plus Dentrix knowledge is a plus Positive attitude and strong team mindset If we have described you, then we would love to meet you!
