Dental / Surgical Assistant - Cheyenne Periodontics - Reno, NV

Our specialty periodontal practice is looking to add a friendly, motivated, self-starting dental assistant to our team! Prospective team member must have an outstanding attitude, strong communication skills, genuine desire to provide superior customer service, and strong work ethic who is willing to learn, proficient with computers, detail oriented, well organized and has the ability to multi-task and keep up in a fast-paced office. Dental assisting experience in general dentistry, periodontal and/or oral surgery are desirable and a plus. This can be a part time (Thursday-Friday) 2 days a week, or a full-time position, 4 days a week (Tuesday-Friday) with occasional Monday's based on operational need. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, 401k program, bonus program, uniform allowance, and employee/family dental discounts, which will be made available after 90 days. Starting compensation is based on experience, and education. Additionally, a bonus opportunity and wage review will be available at the successful completion of a 90-day probationary period to a high level performer.
