Dental Hygienist needed at newest dental office in Fallon! Fallon Dental Studio is looking for a new or experienced hygienist who is passionate about dentistry! Fallon’s newest dentist, Dr. Amy Nygren, is modernizing and revamping the existing office and needs a full or part-time hygienist to help care for our hometown patients. We are an office who fosters teambuilding and long-lasting relationships with patients. We value collaboration, efficiency, and mutual respect. We are searching for someone who: Is a team player and hard worker -> Are you willing to jump in wherever needed? Focuses on providing a high standard of patient care in regards to periodontal therapy and preventative treatments -> Is this a prophy patient or a perio patient? Is competent in perio charting and verifying correct frequencies for exams, perio charting, and radiographs -> When was this patient’s last full set of xrays? Is detail-oriented with clinical work, charting, infection control, etc -> I finished all my notes AND sterile is all caught up! Has good communication skills with both patients and fellow team members -> “You know what you could benefit from…” Likes to have fun, participate in community events, and has creative ideas for the practice and team activities -> parades, 5Ks, pool parties, Disney Day Can collaborate with Dr. Nygren on patient care and individual treatment needs -> Let’s put our head together on this one…. Continually wants to be growing in their career and willing to try new things -> Take CE to offer additional treatments and services, use updated technology Offer suggestions to help the office continually improve! -> You know what could be really beneficial… Hourly pay as well as possibility to earn team bonus.
