Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Dover, NH
Garrison Family Dental, office of Dr. Nicholas Kanelos, Jr. (DMD) and Dr. Gregory A. Fredette (DMD). We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant whose main responsibility will be operating our Central Sterilization Area. In addition you will be required to chair side assist with either Doctor when called upon. Experience is a plus, CDA and x-ray certifications are preferred but not required. We are willing to train and support the right person. Our team is a long standing, busy, successful dental practice in Dover, NH. Our Doctors have a combined experience of close to 40 years in practice. We strive to provide the highest quality patient care. Candidates should: Offer a commitment to ongoing professional development and should prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service. Show a strong respect for all your co-workers, regardless of position, are willing to abide by the practice's protocols for patient care, room set up, and equipment sterilization. Be able to readily take instruction from the treating provider, and be able to adapt to different styles and requirements within a multi-provider practice. Front office support experience is also a plus. Have strong organizational and administrative skills and be able to keep up with our fast paced office. Have the ability to multi-task, take initiative, and anticipate needs of others as well as an ability to project a positive, warm and professional image in person and on the phone.
