We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dedicated team. Position: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) As an RDA at Kare Orthodontics, you will play a key role in supporting our orthodontists and ensuring a positive, professional experience for our patients. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Assist orthodontists during procedures, including exams, adjustments, and patient education. Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment areas. Accurately manage patient records and assist with appointment scheduling. Sterilize instruments and monitor dental supply inventory. Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-procedure care. Deliver exceptional patient care and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with team members to support practice efficiency and patient satisfaction.
