As such, this role can be either full-time or part-time to make sure our goals are aligned and you have found your dental home where you’ll be supported, appreciated, and rewarded. What you’ll do as a Hygienist:  Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements  Build trust through clear education for patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease as well as maintaining their oral health  Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan  Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment What you’ll bring:  Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both the team and patients  Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software Benefits: As a valued team member, benefits for full-time Dental Hygienists include:  Highly competitive compensation, tailored if utilizing assisted hygiene  Health insurance  Dental care and family discounts  Paid Time Off  Flexible schedule  401k  An amazing culture.
