Lifetime Smile Dental Care is seeking a highly motivated Office Business Assistant who holds that same value and wants to help our dental office serve our patients more efficiently and more compassionately. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing and highly organized. He or she must be able to manage front desk task related to patient scheduling customer service, billing, and dental insurance management. He or she needs to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Possible Roles and Responsibilities: Administration duties including scheduling of appointments in accordance with the timeframes required and offer the parents/guardian, patient appointment times appropriate to the scheduling template Ensure the “Patient Experience” is always positive and foster repeat visits and referrals Communicate insurance and payment arrangements Answer telephone and provide information and assistance Ensure that all incoming and outgoing referrals have been documented Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years front desk experience a Must 1+ years Dental Assisting experience Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols a Must Excellent customer service and leadership skills Excellent computer skills Reliable, dependable, flexible Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $24.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Uniform allowance Vision insurance Experience: Dental Office: 3 years (Required) Eaglesoft: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
